A Medellín company that looks after other companies’ technology

4Minds was founded in Medellín in 2018 by two professionals who combined their technical and creative talents. Our logo, a four-bladed windmill, represents our four lines: power, electronic security, IT and telecommunications. As in a windmill, every blade is essential: if one is missing, the whole thing no longer turns with the same strength.

Our journey

  1. 2018We were born in Medellín as a technology partner for SMEs: consulting, design, implementation and maintenance.
  2. ThenWe added IT outsourcing, cloud migration, vulnerability assessments and contingency systems, and partnerships with brands such as Microsoft, Kaspersky and Adobe.
  3. 2025We joined the Ruta del Emprendimiento program to develop a data analytics line for SMEs; we began a process with UNIDO and Colombia Productiva to strengthen our public procurement strategy; and we were selected for the PoténciatE program run by the Medellín Mayor’s Office and Parque E of the Universidad de Antioquia.
  4. 2026We took part in Conexión Summit, Experiencia Tech, Alimentatec and Ruta N; we joined ICONTEC’s program to implement the NTC 6001 standard, with a view to ISO 9001 certification soon; we were part of the Export Strengthening program of the Medellín Chamber of Commerce for Antioquia, and in November we take part as an exporting company in the Antioquia Exporta Más business matchmaking event.
